As with most things like this, it seems that we find little trouble spots only when we have major events like "snow days" :)
One of those trouble spots were users not getting messages in a timely manner. First let me state that the messages did go out in a timely manner. However, the issue here would be individual notification settings. This impacts all users, including parents, students, faculty & staff. I've written up a short Google doc explaining everything. If you were one of those that only received an evening email summary of the messages then this document is for you!
