Firstly, I hope that you are all logged in and accessing Sylogist after the debacle this morning. Looks like the company that handles the two-factor verification via email for them had issues. They were able to get things corrected by around 11:30 today. If you are still having issues logging in then you can comment below and I can assist you. NOTE: Text verification worked perfectly so for those that don't have a cell phone programmed into your recovery options, I'd highly recommend you do so.
Secondly, I just wanted to follow-up with the Sylogist website address change that happened over the break. You will now be seeing the following website instead of what you are used to.
https://oked.sylogist.com/Hobart
1) If you have a bookmark or shortcut saved you will need edit them or create new ones to match the new site.
2) The old site will continue to forward to this new one for a week or so. At some point afterward, they will remove that capability and you will be forced to use the new one only. I recommend making the change now so you don't have to worry about it down the road:)
3) If you have your password saved that will also no longer work because passwords are mapped to a specific site. Ours has now changed, so you will need to enter it manually now and can save again if necessary.
